Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BIZCULAR. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use BIZCULAR

You must be 18 or older and use your real identity and real business details.

Your account

• Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, spam, scams or unsolicited bulk pitching.
• No impersonation, fake businesses or misleading offers.
• No scraping, automated swiping or reselling member data.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

Subscriptions and payments

• Free users get 10 connections every week.
• Plans are one-time access passes (Weekly ₦1,400 / $1.05, Monthly ₦6,500 / $4.50, Yearly ₦75,000 / $52.50) — they do not automatically debit cards again unless the user chooses to renew.
• Paid plans are $4.50 per month or $52.50 per year, billed in USD via Paystack.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• Access continues until the end of the paid period. Part-periods are not refunded.

Introductions, not guarantees

BIZCULAR introduces people. We do not vet members, verify claims, or take part in deals made between members. Do your own diligence before entering any agreement or sending money.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your profile content and grant us the licence needed to display it to other members and, if you opt in, on a public profile page.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages arising from your use of BIZCULAR.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
